Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. Beatriz de la Cámara does not assume the costs of shipping and return, nor any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user are inaccurate, incomplete or false, or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in Customs.

If the package is held by customs, the customer will be responsible for the handling fees. This condition is accepted with the completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the item has arrived at destination and the customer refuses the customs and handling payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product.

Beatriz de la Cámara will not be responsible for the payment of customs administration or the taxes derived therefrom.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged taxes or customs duties. Customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges will be borne by the recipient of the package. This only applies to countries outside the European Union.


To return a product/s, please follow the instructions below:

Send us an email to in which you must indicate your name and surname, order number and purchase invoice, explaining that you want to make a return. We will tell you how to proceed to return the package.

The return can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of your online order. Beatriz de la Cámara will not refund the amount of the order or exchange it for other items after this period.

Please note that returned items must be eligible for sale. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, with its original and intact labeling and packaging, conveniently packaged in its original box.

Customized items with the customer's measurements cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded (see section "Returns of Pre-Order custom-made pieces").



Once we receive the product we will proceed to its revision, and via email, within the following three working days, we will inform you if the return proceeds or not.

- In case the return complies with the above conditions, the refund will be made to the same means of payment used at the time of purchase, within thirty days from the date the product was received in the conditions mentioned above.

If the return complies with the indicated conditions and the reason is due to a change of size, color or reference, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product to the address registered during the purchase process. The cost of the new shipment will have to be assumed by the customer.

- If the return does not proceed because the product received does not comply with the conditions previously indicated, it will be returned to the same postal address that was registered in the purchase process.

Custom-made Pre-Order products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.


Returns of Pre-Order custom-made pieces

The products listed on our website as "Pre-Order custom-made" are pieces made to order with the measures that the customer provides us. Due to this, this type of orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in very specific circumstances:

1. The customer receives a custom-made piece that does not correspond to the one he/she ordered.
2. That the piece received has a manufacturing defect: fabric tare or manufacturing defect.

If you consider that your order meets either of these two situations, please contact us at Once the claim is received, our team will evaluate the case and if the return is approved, the piece will have to be received at our headquarters within 14 days. Once received and reviewed, we will proceed to reimburse you within a maximum period of 15 days.
